評審 丁綺萍

丁綺萍擁有二十多年的資訊科技及平台服務管理經驗，目前擔任Yahoo! 科技研發技術資深總監。 在Yahoo！工作期間，曾擔任亞洲地區工程服務技術總監，帶領亞洲幾個國家建立以高服務品質為主的系統標準服務程序以及各項服務備源系統機制，以期達到Yahoo!奇摩服務廣大群眾的宗旨。目前在Yahoo則負責技術團隊的研究與開發，期許以創新的技術推動系統的研發與建置。 在加入Yahoo!之前，丁綺萍曾長期任職於美國IBM, Dow Jones-Telerate system Inc., 等著名資訊公司；返台後，適逢臺灣的國家高速電腦中心(現為財 團法人國家實驗研究院 高速網路與計算中心)成立並投身服務，主要致力於臺灣學術網路的系統建置與應用研發工作，其間也持續在大學兼課，教學相長。後又借調至政府國科會服務，管理全國科技研發經費統籌等業務。相關經歷與工作背景可謂跨及產官學研各界。丁綺萍將以多領域的相關背景帶領Yahoo!奇摩技術團隊與全球Yahoo!技術資源接軌、交流。 Joy Chan is the Chief Technology Officer for Yahoo! Taiwan, where she leads research and development work for Yahoo! services and spearheads innovation programs promoting the openness of API, currently one of Yahoo!'s strategic priorities. Prior to this post, Joy was the Regional Director for Asia Service Engineering in Yahoo! where she was responsible for the service resilience and the system operations in Asia. Joy has more than twenty years of information service experience with many large firms in the U.S. including IBM and Dow Jones. Her expertise lies in both software development and systems operation. Before joining Yahoo! Taiwan, Joy worked at the National Center for High Performance and was also appointed to a position at the National Science Council to review and allocate the science and technology budget for central government research organizations.
